SAN JOSE – Oct. 29, 2001 -InternetSpeech, a premier voice Internet technology provider, has named Jeff Griffin vice president of sales and marketing. InternetSpeech develops and markets netECHO™, the only technology that delivers complete anywhere, anytime Internet access with any telephone. With netECHO, organizations can provide their customers, partners and employees an immediate and constant link to all types of Internet- or Intranet-based data.
Griffin will further build InternetSpeech’s licensing and service businesses among Internet Service Providers (ISPs), wireless, voice portal and telecommunications companies, and lead the company into vertical markets such as banking and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). He will also take charge of the refinement of InternetSpeech’s sales and marketing strategies and plans for targeted audiences.

Griffin joins InternetSpeech with more than 16 years of experience in global marketing and sales in speech recognition, language translation and unified messaging. Prior to InternetSpeech, Griffin was vice president of sales for MailVision Ltd., where he orchestrated the introduction of MailVision into the U.S. market. Previously, Griffin opened and led Lernout and Hauspie’s Silicon Valley sales and engineering office, building and maintaining the largest sales quota worldwide and leading the effort to penetrate the voice portal market. He also ran worldwide sales and marketing for Centigram Communications Corporation¹s (now ADC) technology business unit.
