SAN JOSE – Nov 8, 2008 – InternetSpeech, a premier Voice Internet technology provider, announced today that it has released version 5.2 of its Voice Internet service with several very attractive features including enhanced Email and Streaming Audio capabilities.
“Today’s release further validates netECHO’s increasing demand by many highly mobile, elderly, visually impaired, blind and Digital Divide people”, said Dr. Emdad Khan, founder, president and CEO of InternetSpeech. “Most of the new features are added based on the requests from our existing users.”
The new email features allow to jump any number of emails (forward or backward), listen to the Highlights of next or previous 3 emails, automatically save sender’s email address in the Address-Book, easily edit Address-Book & Bookmark, and listen to more types of streaming audio links including the MMS type. This version also improved the email user interface, navigation within Email Address-Book & Website Bookmark, and rendering of web pages.

- People who don’t own a computer, or who don’t have one readily available;
